WHAT IS A SHARE?

• Share ek company ke capital ka vo part hota h jo parts me divide hota h.
• ex: ek company ke capital=100000 Rs.
• it divides into 1000 parts
• the value of  1 share is 100000\1000
• i.e 1 share is 100 Rs.

Types of share 

        three  parts of share

1. EQUITY SHARE
2. PREFERENCE SHARE
3. DEBENTURES

But,Basically we takes share means Equity and preference share.

Issue of share

For e.g

1 share=100 Rs.

Then we calls its money many parts. i.e

1. 20 Rs for APPLICATION
2. 20 Rs for ALLOTMENT
3. 20 Rs for FIRST CALL
4. 40 Rs for SECOND CALL
5. AND If you want you receive all money application and allotment.
